Named after a serene Coronado shoreline where locals soak up sun and suds. This easy-drinking IPA will transport you to a tropical paradise the moment it hits your lips. Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Southern Cross hops provide flavors and aromas of tropical fruits and sun-kissed citrus with soft accents of nectarine and peach.

Aroma. Stingray IPA has aromas of pineapple, hints of guava, juicy tangerine, a little grapefruit, citrus zest. Not really any pine and maybe a just a hint of grass from the Simcoe. it is fresh, fruity, and inviting.
Appearance. This IPA is dark orange in color and is slightly hazy. It is bold orange with burnt brown edges. The egg-white, frothy, foamy head has great retention and leaves a little leaving a little lacing in the glass.
Flavor. Stingray IPA is quite malty and sweet, with very light toffee or candy-like notes and a smooth, non-medicinal bitterness. It has the tiniest hint of sourness, which helps a tiny bit to offset the sweetness.
Mouthfeel. The texture of this beer is rich, velvety, thick, and creamy.
Overall. Stingray is a nicely crafted DIPA. It exudes wonderful aromas of tropical and citrus fruit. The bitterness is surprisingly smooth for such a big beer and it likely masked by the malty sweetness. This beer comes right up to the line of being too sweet set but does not cross it.
